Most of the designs are designed as surface-mount. There are many reasons that include production efficiency, product performance, compact PCB sizes, repeatable production. Printed circuit board assembly is done using a full-facility in-house surface mount assembly system. The assembly machine is a Contact Systems CS3-AVX. Other equipment in the SMD assembly workshop are a solder paste printer, solder reflow oven, visual inspection and re-work. A comprehensive range of audio-focussed parts is always in stock!
